(1) After the killing of George Flloyd there was national-no GLOBAL outrage. protests & riots filled the streets of every state. Everyone (as they should be-myself included) felt undeniably angry, felt like enough is enough with the racism & police brutality in this country.
(2) there was even âblackout Tuesdayâ where every social media platform went black, stood in solidarity for George Flloyd & the many innocent Black lives lost from police brutality. I applaud that & that continuously deserves recognition until we finally see change & equality.
(3) I will stand with our black brothers and sisters & expect everyone else to stand with them too. HOWEVER, what is unfair, heartbreaking, and angering is the fact that the whole world is SILENT when it comes to Palestinian Lives. I could barely count the celebrities that shareâ
(4) anything about whatâs going on with Palestine with one hand. It is so sad that Palestinian lives donât trend, they donât have a hashtag, they are continuously unseen, unheard, and brushed off for the passed 70+ years...
(5) even by our own neighboring countries in the Middle East. Matter of fact some of those countries became allies with Israel. What is clear is that there is an on going genocide, an ethnic cleansing, brutality, countless war crimes among many other traumas at the hands of theâ
(6) âIsraeli stateâ & the victim is my people, the people of Palestine. Why does the world stay silent? & when will the silence break? I could go on for days but I just wish people would educate themselves & stand with us
anyways, from the river to the sea palestine will be free
the oppressors will be punished & insA one day we can see our country liberated & our land waiting for us to come home
