MY 2 cents on the conversation about difficulty in finding in workers is the following:
A) The economy is economy is reopening at once and demand for the same "type" of worker is high
B) Some people may be hesitating to come back to work for covid reasons, others for wage reasons
C) the state should be actively thinking about re-attaching workers with employers contingent on safety
D) reducing unemployment insurance without addressing the labor market side of things is problematic
E) If I were king, I would structure a system that makes reattaching workers with an employer more attractive than the unemployment payments. I would also ensure than work is safe and that workers have adequate resources
