@CrownePlaza .. Why are your rude bullying staff trying to force my husband to leave the quarentine hotel a day early?
The entire stay has been an absolute shambles not giving him food. and expecting a man with severe dyslexia and suspected autism to do covid tests without help!

Hes not been able to leave his room once for fresh air or even open a window as they are sealed shut. Your staff fail at the simplest of requests such as bringing water! Or even get food allergies right despite having it in writing at thier request!!

The way you treat people with learning disabilities is abhorrent. Its supposed to be a hotel not a prison camp!
