In these difficult times, I often ask myself that how I can help. The answer was always very unclear until recently, hence I refrained from talking about it online.
But that doesn't help actually. Not talking about things that you are feeling can never help. That's the first thing everyone should know when it comes to mental health.
I found some resources through which healthcare workers and people who have suffered loss due to corona can take care of their mental health.
