VfB Stuttgart - The new place for the big teams to hunt at?

𝘼 𝙏𝙃𝙍𝙀𝘼𝘿 :
VfB Stuttgart have produced the likes of Werner, Kimmich, Rüdiger and Gnabry in the past who are all starring at big clubs.

Pavard and Kabak are also few of the many players they’ve developed and I believe the same will happen with few of the players which I’m gonna talk about.
Stuttgart have been doing quite well so far this season after just coming up from 2. Bundesliga.

And all the kudos goes to the incredible recruitments by ever-reliable Sven Mislintat and the gaffer Walter Matarazzo
In this thread, I’ll talk about 5 Stuttgart players who are guaranteed to attract a lot of interests this summer from major European giants:

1) Sasa Kalajdzic 🇦🇹
2) Silas Wamangituka 🇨🇬
3) Borna Sosa 🇭🇷
4) Nicolas Gonzalez 🇦🇷
5) Gregor Kobel 🇨🇭
1) Sasa Kalajdzic (CF) - 🇦🇹:-

This certain 6’7 Austrian giant has taken the Bundesliga by storm in his debut season with an impressive tally of:

Goals ⚽️ : 14
Assists 🎯: 4

He is already attracting interests from Liverpool, Arsenal and West Ham.
Here is a comarision of Sasa Kalajdzic with:

1) Robert Lewandowski
2) Erling Haaland
3) Andre Silva

Where Sasa is the clear winner in terms of aerials won, progressive passes and pressures in final 3rd:
If a club like Arsenal, who put 50 crosses a match into the box without their striker meeting it with a header then imagine what if they have a 6’7 Austrian beast like Kalajdzic

He’d definitely score 20 headers a season off Tierney, Saka and Martinelli’s delicious crosses 😋
2) Silas Wamangituka (RW/RWB) - 🇨🇬 :

Tall, athletic, extremely quick & strong, solid defensively and surprisingly versatile, Silas Wamangituka has been the biggest breakout star of 2020-21

Goals ⚽️ : 11
Assists 🎯: 4

Could see him getting snapped up by Bayern or Dortmund soon.
11 goals and 4 assists for a RWB playing in a back 3 system ain’t that bad, right?

Waman is also the recipient of the most disrespectful goals in Bundesliga history 🥶
3) Borna Sosa (LB) - 🇭🇷

One of the best whippers of the ball so far this season, Borna Sosa would be an ideal Jordi Alba replacement for Barcelona.

Assists 🎯: 9 (Bundesliga)

No full back in Europe’s top 5 leagues has made more assists than Sosa apart from Juan Cuadrado (10)
Borna Sosa was also compared by Mislintat to David Beckham:

“Borna himself said that his model was David Beckham. And I think his cross is also of the same quality”
4) Nicolas Gonzalez-(LW/ST)-🇦🇷:

Nicolas is an extremely hardworking, creative, quick, good in the air and clinical forward who can lead the line as well play on both of the flanks. He’s been more impactful off the bench so far.

Goals ⚽️: 6
Assists 🎯: 2
Here Nico’s 2nd goal for the Argentinian National Team which came against Peru:
5) Gregor Kobel -(GK)- 🇨🇭
Not the best with his feets, Gregor Kobel ranks amongst one of the best shot stoppers in the Bundesliga. I’d liken his style to Jan Oblak’s goalkeeping style.
Borussia Dortmund are after his signature to replace out of form Roman Bürki and rightly so 😉
Along with these 5 players, Orel Mangala and Tanguy Coulibaly also look promising and they might attract major interests in the forthcoming seasons.

VfB Stuttgart can be massive selling club with the help of Sven Mislintat who has already managed to do so in his time at Dortmund
