Josh Duggar was released on bail.
He will cry.
He will weep.

He will go to rehab. Again.
He will meet with other White Christianist men who have pledged to hold him accountable. Again.

At some point in the coming months. Josh Duggar will be declared redeemed. It will be a miracle, another sign of their god’s Grace.

He will be restored to leadership.
He will be given a seat of honor, asked to speak, to pray over the community and children he offended.

Another White Christianist man, as a sign of his trust in his god’s ability to redeem and heal will leave a vulnerable person with Josh. As a sign to Josh that he believes has been truly forgiven and restored. A demonstration that he holds no ill will.

That Person will be blamed, just as Josh’s first victims were.
Consenting behavior between non-Christian and Christians from traditions that are not authoritarian will be blamed.
Gender Sexually Diverse people will be blamed.

Josh’s wife/ girlfriend will be vilified for being so inadequate that he had to stoop to reoffending. She’ll be dissected in the media both Christianists and MSM. She’ll probably believe the calumny and stand by her man. Again.

But Josh won’t be blamed. Josh won’t be held accountable. Josh will have a GoFundMe. Josh will be released on bail. Josh will cry. Josh will weep…
