day 1 !!
⩩ 400/500 cals
⩩ notes - i havent eaten under 500 in a bit tbh so i'm happy :> but i ate when i got home from school and then slept through dinner !! i had ramen n an egg and seaweed but barely drank water ....

day 2 !!
⩩ 590 / 600
⩩ notes - i went over by like 50 but i burned it off !! i also forgot abt this thread but i've been following the diet :,>

day 3 !!
⩩ 500 / 700
⩩ notes - today was good too !! i went to the mall and had some good food and sweets yay
