Pretty odd Steve Eccleston can start a whole policy of labeling emails not subject to FOI.

Half the cabinet and chief executive used said policy.

But no actual records on how was implemented or what officers were told.

Steve’s email. Odd this is in 2020. However this policy apparently had been in place since the council considered court action.

And marking things “not subject to FOI” was meant to make it easier to filter for FOI 🙄🙄🙄🙄
Those of you with a good eye will spot the date of Steve’s email is after the council got found out.

So where are the records of this policy of marking emails not subject to FOI? Why was the FOI team not aware of it.
