anyone else on #NEISvoid #chronicillness twitter been told not to nap by their doctor? i mentioned that i was concerned as i'm getting my normal amount of sleep but that my routine is naturally creeping later and have been told not to nap even if i only get a few hrs at night ...
makes sense in a way to 'reset' my pattern but with my meds i find i have to do stuff while i'm physically able to, no matter what time it is, or it just doesn't get done. set sleeping hours don't really work for me and i often can't manage an evening if i don't have a snooze?
