It IS racist when y’all recruit minoritized people to these ivory towers (for the optics) and then don’t create an environment for them to be successful (unless, of course, they keep the status quo). This IS white supremacy. It IS disgusting.

When y’all groom minoritized people to be grateful to be here, take abuse, & uphold these systems, it IS racist.

When y’all are *saboteurs but act like allies* & agree to write letters of recommendation for minoritized people & y’all hate on & sneak diss them because you know they will never see the fucked up letter you wrote on their behalf, this IS racist.

At what point are we going to stop normalizing this blatant racism?? At some point we have to call bullshit, and demand better. This is pure INSANITY and I can’t.

It’s really not possible for y’all to be genuinely anti-racist, if you resist the truth about your ever present racism. First things first. Tell the truth, and if you have a heart, let it break and then we need ACTION.

There are so many people in positions of power in these academic institutions WHO ARE CLEARLY RACIST. We need a critical mass of people to demand change, or it will never change. Speak up and speak out, don’t just take it!
