A week ago today, after intimidating my 12 year old daughter, my neighbour came to my door to intimidate me. My neighbour has bullied, intimidated and harassed me for over two years. My neighbour has used racial slurs many times.

At 19:31 on 28/04/2021, I called West Midlands police to my home because I needed assistance and protection from my neighbour. Until this moment, 5/5/21 8am, no officer has came to my home.

That night (28/04) I stayed awake alll night waiting for the police to come, they said I would get an immediate response. No one has came to my home. I called 101 and even 999 again, no one has came to my home.

The next day I called 101, of course upset, exhausted and annoyed no one arrived. I was told it’s still down for immediate officer assistance. No one has came to my home. I had several phone calls, saying an officer will come to your home today... no one has came to my home.

I was told because I had made so much logs against my neighbour in the past, someone will defo come out to me. No one has came to my home.

On the 26/04/2021 (before the 28/04 incident) I called 101, to log a different intimidation/harassment issue about my neighbour, I was told I would get a call back on Saturday 1st May.

On 1/5/21 at 11:38, I received a call from the police to talk about the incident that happened on the 26/04, of course I was fuming because I literally called 999 for HELP on 28/04 and received nothing.

I asked her why has no one been to my house about the incident that happened on 28/04 she said an officer went to my neighbours house (the aggressor) and because we have conflicting accounts (duhh) we’ve told him to stay away from you.

So my neighbour who has racially abused me, harassed me and my children for YEARS, told the police what they wanted to hear and they went about their jolly day??? Till this moment the police HAVE NOT been to my home, they have not taken my statement they’ve not seen my evidence.

I wasn’t even gonna say anything again, just leave it but my daughter (8) has been up all night because my neighbour has been shining light in to her window!

I am just logging this here because if anything happens to me, you can see how WMP are failing. (Mind you, I am still down as a vulnerable person as my BF was gunned down in 2018)

So a VULNERABLE black woman and her children called 999 police for assistance with her white racist neighbour and the police UP UNTIL NOW... HAVE NOT EVEN SPOKE THE VICTIM???

So when I say jungle justice... no body don’t talk to me!

I did everything the correct way, all the authorities that need to be informed, I have informed them, they have logged it - 48 times in the past 2 and a half years. I did everything THEY tell you to do. And still nothing!

When my neighbour put something in my key hole.

At this point I had enough:

He called the police, and said I was threatening him, because I started shouting “this is harassment” and ‘embarrassing him’ on our block.

When they pulled off and broke my gas/electric meter door because it was banging - in the middle of storm Jorge last year March

I got a letter from the council regarding my buns 1) being in the wrong place or 2) rubbish being left. Here he is ladies and gentlemen men. He didn’t know I set up my own CCTV.

Oh talking about CCTV, did I mention he has cameras facing my house to document me going in and out? The same camera the police made them move last year because I have CHILDREN in my house.

This man has called me a black bitch (overheard by my dad) then said I’m hanging on the race card ???, said people like me shouldn’t live in an area like this and I don’t belong on the drive because I don’t fit in just last week Saturday he said I was playing “nigga” music.

This man has called police to my house saying my kids are in there alone. Police showed up in three cars. At 1am in the morning I had to wake everyone up to prove they were my kids.

He’s called police saying I have drugs in my house or a crop in my attic - because I must have got the money from drugs to be in my property ???

He’s called the police and said I’m being abused or threatened so police kept coming to my house (as like I said I’m down as a VP) and even called the police and said he saw me bring a gun in my house around midnight, these times I was in Croatia!

Not forgetting when I was naked in my living room and turn around and see police in my garden and I have to prove I live there because they got an “anonymous tip” the house was being broke in to by a black woman??

I moved here so my children would have a better environment to grow then I did. My 12 year old is constantly telling me she wants to move house because she can’t sleep at night - because they shine light in to their bedroom or have their dogs barking all night.

I was born and raised in the hood. For 27 years I’ve always dealt with any kind of violation with violence or thought violence was the answer. I tried to do things the right way this time because my mom would always say don’t shit on your doorstep but MY GOSH enough is enough!!!!

Note: I did not make this thread for anyone to attack my neighbour. I made it for awareness because I have been to the authorities @WMPolice and have had ZERO help.

i refuse for this or anything similar to be my reality, but as you can hear, they told the police and nothing

After expressing the situation yesterday, WMP contacted me and will be in touch again today.

But I've woken up to this...

West Midlands Police did attend today and took my statement, pictures etc. Very helpful officers that attended and I’m hopeful of the next steps they’re going to take to ensure our safety

I now need to get a full 24/7 CCTV system with voice recording and to get it all installed.

Not heard from the police/investigation team since. Which is unfortunate because I had hope. Honestly feel so disheartened and defeated. I’ve not even tried to call them because what’s the point? I can’t sleep at night and I’m fed up of being on edge! Time to move house.
