anyone else ever get an ocular migraine? I have told ppl about these & can’t seem to find anyone else who has had one, really trippy & made me think I was going blind at first, looks kinda like these (good try at representing it in image but it moves & is kaleidoscopic)

it didn’t actually hurt like a normal migraine like the pain seemed to be shifted to this instead, starts smaller & then grows, lasts like 10-30 mins & then goes away

thank you everyone - ppl’s responses have helped me find at least 2 possible things that might trigger them / things to do to try to help them… sometimes Twitter is way more helpful than a doctor! (when I asked mine he said I shouldn’t “self-diagnose” & then ignored it)
