Investment in public services, getting the NHS back on track after C19, supporting social care and securing jobs in a modern economy. Less focus on shiny big projects, constitutional change. Is going hard on Independence as key campaign issue the right strategy for PC?

Is building the M4 influencing voters, either in Newport or across Wales? Is it trust in handling the pandemic which has swayed people? Have people warmed to the Leaders over the campaign, or the opposite?
