6 days ago my country is protesting for different reasons such as a tax reform (yes, in the middle of the pandemic) a health reform, the death of social and environmental leaders and the alarming number of femicides.

They knew that 42.5% of Colombia's salary is not enough for their basic needs (I know things like food, services and a rent) and 9.2% of the population do not even have 3 meals a day (some they only have enough for one meal)

But let's go back to the beginning, people are protesting and the government is not only not listening to us but it is killing us, yes, here they kill us for fighting for our rights

right at this moment as you read this the esmad and the police (who should protect us) are killing people who are defending their rights
