I think I misunderstood this quote for a long time. The Virus isn't RESPONSIBLE for the glitches, but still knew they were inevitable and would spread destructively. I think the virus will PROTECT data Daybreak Town and find a way to save the rest of the dandelions. 2/

Data DT falling into 'sleep mode' is either its solution, or it'll find a way around 'sleep mode'. But either way, it seems to want the opposite of what Darkness wants. I understand that now. It also means someone else gave King Candy the heartless code.
