So let me get this straight, the people who complain about “cancel culture” are seeking to cancel “critical race theory.”

The same people who think the “Mainstream Media cannot be trusted,” somehow also think that mainstream knowledge of history must not be challenged.

I define Critical Race Theory (CRT) as a framework that analyzes how race is constructed in order to divide people for the benefit of an oppressive class that seeks to accumulate.

CRT also analyses cultural erasure, such as the cancelling of cultures within colonialism.

Cancel Culture is a moral panic in which people aim to silence others who they disagree with. There are many examples of cancel culture to varying extremes. Largely, mob in-groups attacking out-group members. For an example of cancel culture, check comments in this thread.
