Starting the Bro Diet tomorrow for the first time. I think I’m gonna be good at this tbh because I already eat the same three things every day. Just now instead of “burrito supreme, beef burrito, bean burrito” it will be “chicken, broccoli, rice.”
Smart idea to start cutting in May btw. I’m gonna be shredded just in time for sweater season.
All day I’ve only eaten four cups of cooked jasmine rice, ~1.5 lbs of chicken, a protein shake, and some raw broccoli as a snack. And probably close to a gallon of water. Feel totally fine. Haven’t felt any hunger pangs. In fact, had a little bit of a post-lunch food coma.
