I'm starting a thread where I just drop questions I had about Islam that no one was ever able to give me proper answers to so here it goes.
Q1) If I ever picked at my skin or did anything remotely to any of my body parts my mum would say your body parts will be a witness to the harm you caused them. What I want to know is why would God need witnesses if He is the all seeing and the all knowing?
A common reply could be that the witnesses are meant to be for you to replicate a trial on the day of judgment but then why can't I bring my own witnesses? I'm sure my friends will testify that I wasn't that bad of a human worth eternal torture...
Q3) Why do we have angels recording our deeds when god is all powerful enough to witness all our actions and record them himself. Begs the question why he created angels to begin with.
Q4) If all god wanted was to be worshipped then why give us free will only to punish us when we exercise the very same free will?
Q5) If memorising the quran aka being a hafiz means I can save a few loved ones on the day of judgment what reason do I have to want to do anymore good in the world?
If God has perfect knowledge could he not fathom that sending 124000 prophets was not the best way to get his message across. Could he not see the divisions arising, or did he know but not care?
