so we all know and seen how kp0p idols eat. they either go on strict diets, or eat whatever they’d like in small proportions and then work out like crazy. the diet that is recommend is something in the middle! it is important to have balance between the two.

foods to incorporate:
- sweet potatoes (i personally would suggest japanese yam but whatever you can find!)
- vegetables
- fruits
- any form of substitutes (like zucchini noodles etc.)
- proteins (eggs, meat, etc.)
- fiber

please try to reduce snacking as much as possible. if you do snack, please make sure it’s low fat yogurt or fruits. your net must be between 800-1000 (to prevent binges)

WORKOUT ;
we know kp0p idols workout like crazy through dance. i’d highly recommend to learn a kp0p dance a week. preferably high intensity but whatever works for you and your body! i’d also try to incorporate some form of strength training as well.

i do have a workout playlist but i won’t be sharing it unless you’re in the gc (bc it’s on youtube and has my actual name and stuff). also make sure you do stretch after working out! as well as do pilates or yoga workouts. they won’t make your body bulky.
