Recently, a TAX REFORM was proposed with the EXCUSE that Colombia has no money to help those affected by the pandemic.
In other words... an excuse for more CORRUPTION so that the GOVERNMENT can steal from their own people.

3/ The middle class will have to pay taxes of 19% in basic needs such as WATER, GAS, and ELECTRIC BILL.

Adding the fact that you'll have to pay taxes for almost everything, this reform will allow the creation of tolls INSIDE THE CITY.

YES! It affects computers, cellphones, and tablets.
For example: After the reform, a $490 USD PC/ Laptop will be $586 USD.

10/ OTHER TAXES:
-Meat, fish, milk, eggs, cheese, drugs, and tampons will have additional tax (these are currently tax free).
-Countryside folks will have taxes for agricultural supplies.
-Health, education, and others will have less budget. The military budget stays the same.
