Okay after my tweet about alt!Ratchet being the final battle of RA instead of Emperor Nefarious here& #39;s my idea on Alt!Ratchet as it& #39;s all I& #39;ve been thinking about now:
He would have been like Ratchet from the OG game - alone on Veldin, self-centered and angry. Instead of Clank falling onto Veldin, a different robot does instead...

Nefarious needs to get off Veldin to enact revenge on Alt!Qwark (more on him in a mo) and Ratchet wants to get off Veldin. They form a deal but (obviously) Nefarious is planning on killing him as soon as he can.
In this universe, Qwark generally is the hero he believes himself to be (a humble Qwark? Imagine) and he takes care of Drek instead of Ratchet and Clank. Clank could possibly exist but Orvus has already taken him to the clock.
Nefarious however realises that Ratchet is pretty smart and could be useful. He decides to keep him alive just a little longer. He starts to attempt to manipulate Ratchet - he& #39;s an angry kid with potential. Once he becomes a robot he would be a perfect sidekick.
They begin Nefarious& #39; galactic take over. Nefarious in secret is working on the biobliterator. He uses Ratchet as a pawn to essentially lead his army whilst he works on it.
Ratchet, however, knows what he is doing and uses it to his advantage. When Nefarious is occupied with his takeover, he also works on the biobliterator. Adding a lil bit of

He finds a way to add the code to Nefarious once he uses it - a sort of hit to whoever is controlling the device. Robot day comes, Nefarious hits the button, and suddenly there& #39;s a hell of a lot of Robots. But there& #39;s a still a Lombax right beside him who should& #39;ve turned...
Nefarious, now believing himself to be Emperor, attempts to kill Ratchet. You can imagine his face when Ratchet tells him to sit down and shut up and he can& #39;t control himself.
Dumbass manipulated an orphan teenage jerk and accidentally made him the real Emperor. Yikes.
He keeps the Emperor Nefarious as a front to avoid someone trying to murder him and a take over his place. A different Lombax got pretty close but backed off when she lost her own arm.
The alt versions of other R&C characters are either killed (I& #39;d imagine Angela and Azimuth would probably not stand a chance because hey the angry kid is gonna blame you for not finding him) or part of the resistance (think Talwyn, Qwark, or even Sasha)
Cut to end of RA. He finally emerges because he can& #39;t help but want to meet his alternate self. Our Ratchet realises that this is who he could have become without Clank. Clank is ready to kick ass. Rivet wants revenge. Our Nef just wants to go home dammit.
Big fight happens - at the end of it both Ratchet& #39;s are STRUGGLING because they& #39;ve got the same amount of drive but it& #39;s literally a good vs. evil version. In a moment it looks like Emperor Ratchet is gonna win. He& #39;s got a gun to our Ratchet and he& #39;s struggling to fight back.
Who saves him? His friends, of course. Clank grabs the dimensionator and opens a portal. Rivet uses something to push Alt!Ratchet in. But he grabs onto our Ratchet in a "if I& #39;m going down I& #39;m taking you with me"
Rivet and Clank both have hold of an arm and are pulling. Ratchet is attempting to kick off the alt him but he& #39;s too weak. They& #39;re both going in the portal.
Suddenly there& #39;s a shot and Alt Ratchet loses his grip. The portal closes behind him. The three of them turn to look.

THIS WAS A LONGER THREAD THAN I THOUGHT BUT YEAH! Obviously there& #39;s still some plot holes but this is my idea of an alternate Ratchet from Rivet& #39;s dimension (even if she is essentially alt Ratchet)
