Here is a summary of today’s #COVID19AB numbers: over the last 24 hours we have identified 2,433 new cases and completed 20,457 tests. Our positivity rate is 12%. We have identified 1,743 new VoC cases, and variants currently make up 62.1% of active cases in AB. (1/3)

There are 646 people in hospital including 152 in ICU. Sadly, I must also report one additional death. My condolences go out to anyone grieving the loss of a loved one. (2/3)
