2/ The most interesting finding from this analysis was the massive 2,329% spike on Feb 4th, 2021.
On Feb 4th, there were 11 different flashloans exceeding $150M with the largest nearly $178M.
This day alone accounts for 38% of all-time flashloan value across both V1 and V2.

3/ I didn& #39;t do a full forensic study here, but it looks like these flashloans were used in the @iearnfinance exploit that saw $11M drained from one of its $DAI pools.
I can dig deeper on this if people are curious.

4/ Looking at the daily count of flashloans we see a small jump around the Feb 4th mark but the spike in total value was mostly just caused by those 11 flashloans - not by a spike in loan events.
V2 does about 60% of the total value and takes about 40% of the transactions.

5/ This visual shows the different users - each blob represents a different target for the flashloan. You can see there is significant concentration in V2 with the majority of flashloans going to only 4 contracts.
Fun fact: the largest @AaveAave flashloan user is @DeFiSaver.

I will post an analysis on liquidations tomorrow - some fun stats there so stay tuned. How much $$ do you think the @AaveAave liquidators are making?
