Mermaid Margaritas 1 cup margarita mix
1/3 cup Triple Sec
3/4 cup tequila
1/3 cup Blue Curacao
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp kosher salt
1 lime, zested then sliced

Red Queen
3 ounces red wine
1 ounce bourbon
3/4 ounce lemon juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
1/2 ounce Amaro Braulio
Garnish: lemon wheels, fresh thyme, sage, rosemary

White Wine Spritzer 3 ounces chilled white wine
1 ounce cold club soda or mineral water
Lime wedge or orange peel, for garnish

1 piece Orange peel
2 parts Red wine
½ part Bourbon
½ part Simple syrup

Death in the Afternoon cocktail. 1/4 to 1/2 oz. absinthe
4 oz. chilled Champagne or other sparkling wine

French 75
2 ounces London dry gin
3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
¾ ounce simple syrup
2 ounces Champagne

Long spiral lemon twist (for serving)

Zombie Brains Halloween Cocktail ¼ cup raspberries
¼ cup pomegranate juice
2 ounces orange juice, preferably freshly squeezed
2 ounces vodka
1 ounce Chambord
Ice
Splash of ginger ale

The Bunny Mother (was first served in The Playboy Club in San Francisco) 1 1/4 ounces vodka
1 ounce orange juice
1 ounce lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 ounce grenadine
1/4 ounce Cointreau
Garnish: 1/2 slice orange and a maraschino cherry

Sangria Mexican Mule 2 ounces tequila
1 ounce red wine (I use Pinot Noir), chilled
1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
4 ounces ginger beer, chilled
fresh blackberries and lime slices for garnish

Cider Car • Sugar
•1 ounce Busnel Calvados
•1/2 ounce Cointreau
•Apple cider, to fill

Elderflower & Grapefruit Aquavit Sour •1.5 oz aquavit / akvavit (I used Ahus Akvavit, which is one of my favorites)
•1 oz fresh pink grapefruit juice
•.5 oz elderflower liqueur (I used St. Germain)
•.5 oz fresh lemon juice
•.25 oz simple syrup

Easy Pineapple Wine Punch •750 ml Moscato Wine
•2 cups pineapple juice
•1 cup orange juice
•24 oz Sprite or lemon lime soda
•fresh pineapple for garnish *optional
