CW: descriptions of sleep paralysis

I’ve been having really bad bouts of sleep paralysis again lately and some new demons have joined my old ones. I hate this sooo much idk why it’s happening to me. Is it the position I sleep in? Lack of oxygen?? Stress??

CW: sleep paralysis “demons” in this thread and it’s not gonna be a pleasant read so if you’re sensitive to this stuff seriously, stop reading

1) my very first experience with sleep paralysis, the tall lady. Not much to say. She’s a vague shadowy black silhouette with clawlike hands and floating hair and I can hear her whispering shit, can’t make out most of it tho. She ran her fingers lightly over my hair.

2) the grey child. Idk why most of my “demons” are colorless. This one’s a levitating child of about ten who’s grey from head to toe and slowly floated towards me from the corner of my room.

3) the granny with no eyes. This one freaked me out sooo bad, it’s this old lady with white hair and grey skin whose eyes are just two black socket holes in her face.

4) the hanged man. This is the only “demon” so far who’s in color. I can’t see much of him, mostly his feet, but he dangles above me, in the periphery of my vision. Idk what his face looks like. The rope he’s hung by is attached to my ceiling.

These are just some of the times I actually see something, most of the time I simply can’t move or make a sound even tho my brain is awake but I don’t hallucinate. I’m not gonna describe all my “demons” in detail bc lbr no one gives a fuck
