People do not realize that no matter how much security you can do, your email account is the most vulnerable and usually it's the starting point of all attacks.

How to be immune to 99,99% of all hacking attempts. A quick short guide.

1) Never use the same passoword ever again - use a password manager, don't use a free one, use a paid one. I personally use Enpass
2) 2FA everything with an Authenticator.
3) In google account, print codes to keep on paper and remove any other recovery option besides codes

4) Make sure you delete "bypass using phone number" or if you have a recovery email address
5) DO NOT KEEP SENSITVE DOCUMENTS ONLINE, unless you keep them in a password protected vault (archive them with a 200 random char password)
6) See point 5

7) Periodically every 30 days change your account passwords for the main accounts such as Email and/or exchange passwords. NEVER re-use a password.
8) Always opt-out of SMS services, always use an authenticator, (this prevents you getting sim swapped)

9) Vast majority of the hacks are social engineering hacks (sim swapping is one of the classic ones) , so don't tell anyone more than they need to know
10) Don't open weird files, don';t navigate to weird website, don't add weird browser extensions, have a separate machine

11) Be twice or thrice as careful when doing things via mobile since Android security is poor at best. Only install the official apps and that's it. Don't install shit on your phone.

12) As for things you can do to minimize risk of getting rekt, don't keep everything in 1 place. Keep some on FTX, keep some on Binance, Keep some on Kraken, keep some on your ETH wallet, keep some on your BSC wallet, keep some on your SOLANA wallet.

13) ALWAYS USE A FUCKIGN TREZOR, it's $100, GET IT
GET a ledger as well
