In this thread I’ll share some songs which the production I truly appreciate.

Started with one of my all time favorites, Where Have You Been. I love the dark vibe and dramatic drops.

Numb is a trip. The bass building up in the chorus and the repetitive vocals harmonizing until they make you truly feel numb... Damn.

Goodnight Gotham is a very underrated ANTI track. It’s one of her best interludes and her most alternative work so far.

Get It Over With has such an ethereal sound, it makes you feel like you’re up high in the sky. I slowed down the instrumental to feel it even more.

Yeah, I Said It is one of the hottest productions Rihanna has ever sang on.

Skin, speaking of hot productions we cannot forget this one. I wish she had made it a single back then because this song deserved visuals.

G4L is so dark and the production was so ahead of its time... Can’t believe this is actually from Rated R.

Needed Me is literally an orgasm. ANTI is full of gems.

Kiss It Better is so well produced, from the vocal layering to the guitar layers, every little detail, this song production is a masterpiece.

Same Ol’ Mistakes makes you travel to a different dimension. Tame Impala really did that, and Rihanna was the best vocal fit to this song and made it her own.
