1. Picture these companies

• Netflix -> you pay for a movie ticket once, watch all the movies you want.

• Uber -> we are a taxi company, but we don't own any cars.

These ideas by themselves sound crazy, but they WORK, I'll show you how you can find them

2. Start by picking a product or service you like.

You can pick also an existing business you own or that you want to build.

Feel free to pick as many ideas you want.

3. Write clichés about what you picked.

For example, if you choose cars, some clichés are:

• You need to drive
• You need a road to travel
• You need to find it in the parking lot

Feel free to write as many as you want. Make sure to have at least 10-14 clichés.

4. Come up with disruptive hypotheses.

Do the opposite of the clichés and/or eliminate parts of the original ideas.

You need to drive -> car drives for you

You need a road to travel -> you can drive in the sky

You need to find it in the parking lot -> the car finds you.

5. Use what you learned, develop something that will shock the world.

As you can see, these ideas are being developed because of their HUGE potential:

Car drives for you -> self-driving cars
You can drive in the sky -> flying cars
The car finds you -> Tesla Smart Summon

Be creative, and find ideas you can use for your success.

It doesn't matter if it sounds funny, some of the best ideas are born in this way!
