Just a friendly reminder that an official diagnosis is ableist <3. I was recommended to be tested for ADHD and Autism for the first time in grade school yet my parents were too (internally) ableist to allow that to happen. Its so sad too because my father was 'officially' diagnosed with a learning disability but yknow having lived with him hes so ridiculously ADD but they just didnt diagnose it properly back then and my mom is so clearly an autistic girl who slipped under the radar. Anyway
