"Maybe if they worked hard they could earn xx monthly/ask for a higher pay" mentality needs to stop Not everyone's work are compensated properly. A slacker could earn more than a graduate w latin honors.
Also stop being warped up with the idea that "they could ask for *amt any higher than 50k* as a fresh grad."
It's true you'd need the right skill set but pls elaborate those skill sets bc it only sets false hope to the readers

Btw the only possibility I could think of of a fresh grad earning 60k right off the bat (in PH) is thru language allowance, which (usually) asks for a native speaker level for any other foreign language (french/jp/kr/ch, etc.)
