It’s gotten to the point where it works less and less - almost doesn’t - and people you’ve been trying to help are dying while waiting for you to call back.

Don’t know how Srinivas IYC or Dilip K Pandey AAP handle it, but I feel permanently mentally and emotionally broken.

I’m angry at this useless government that doesn’t even acknowledge the issues and Modi who has clearly run away from it all!

I can see our vaccination drive failing, and him further abdicating responsibility. And then I see the BJP WhatsApp forwards and the bhakt defenders.

There’s also a HUGE number of people involved in scamming helpless victims - in the name of remdesivir, beds, oxygen and charity.

Scammers have created fake FB/WA profiles in the names of people helping with COVID relief, and they message contacts asking for donations/help.

From fake remdesivir vials to hospitals charging for medicines never administered, some truly aweful stuff is going on.

Don’t know what the point of this thread is, beyond the fact that there are great humans and absolutely terrible humans... both coexist.

The terrible ones though accumulate power, because they just work harder at it, and have no moral qualms. They dominate our society. They’re the ones who make the nation the cesspool that it has become.

There’s little doubt the next few days will be tougher still, but...

Once we come out of it, remember the good ones and punish the bad.

More importantly, the good ones must form coalitions like the bad ones do. The truly evil bond together to further their ends - to profit - the good work in isolation. This has to change for India to change.
