Why so? To cover up the fact that they published a fake news with this so-called "non-paper" denounced immediately by both the and embassies? To avoid answering PR Osmani's accusations linking this "non-paper" explicitly to Serbia?

So, who is this "Professor Dr jur, Dr phil Marc Weller, MA, MALD, PhD, FCIArb" and what is his contribution so far to ?
He was the legal advisor for Kosovo at the Rambouillet Conference (1999) and during the Vienna talks (2007). He helped draft Constit° and law on minorities

So what's the link with KOHA?

We have to remember who was in Kosovo's delegation in Rambouillet and even head of delegation during the Vienna Talks.

Found it? Veton Surroi ... who is ... head of KOHA and Agron Bajrami's boss.

Why is V.Surroi publishing all these articles by Prof. Weller, apart from the fact that he wants people to forget about this fake news story?

One has to go back to the 23/03 when a event was organized between PM Kurti and V.Surroi on the way forward regarding the dialogue.

Many people did not understand PM Kurti’s reason for talking to V. Surroi, who is seen by the vast majority of the population as the mouthpiece of Belgrade in Kosovo for more than 30 years now.

Even within LVV ranks there was criticism regarding the event.

But back to the event.

V. Surroi came forward with 10 « suggestions » to go forward with the dialogue.

He probably thought he would impress PM Kurti by recycling & rebranding dangerous propositions that he has been pushing for decades?!
