#SherlockInHomes Murder at the Circus finishes it’s 8 month run at @BristolOldVic today!

We’ve sold 5470 tickets through them and played to audiences internationally. We had only planned to do a month long run!!!

Thank you to @BristolOldVic’s box office manager Becky and her team for being absolute gems through out this time! As well as the press and marketing team, producers and outreach who have made us feel so welcome.

An even bigger thank you to @WardrobeTheatre who came on board as co-producers and helped us extend the run during lockdown. Without their advice, support and collaboration we couldn’t have continued to run the show!

Thanks to our image makers photographer Adam Fung and graphic designer @jackdrewry (who also helped us with sound on our recent show). Without the amazing image of @Procter_Lane we wouldn’t have sold as many tickets!!! And @OffordJack for the excellent trailer!

Thank you to our original team who took a leap on a profit share that actually paid back. To @bakerist for writing it and holding the hardest performance role, @AliceLamb_ for designing the first show & performing.

To Andy Kelly (who invented the mid-sentence exit), @eleanornawal (for working from London with a bunch of weirdos she’d mostly never met), @Procter_Lane for adding this on top of being a full time teacher in a pandemic!!! You made the characters and story work!

Thank you to our audiences, your word of mouth helped the show quickly start sell out after a slow beginning. Thank you for recommending us for your work parties. You buying tickets has kept more than 20 creatives in work during a pandemic!

It might have been a terrible year, but everyone thanked here has made it a little bit easier.

We hope to continue these shows in some form in the future, because we think that digital theatre can be something special. It’s not just for lockdown kids!

Our newer mystery is running until end of May and we’re still doing some private events, so the shows aren’t gone forever. So don’t forget about us yet!!
