Two days ago, I met this old school mate in the market, he sells at a retail shop now.
After we completed, I heard he lost both parents. He's muslim and his father was Nigerian. Back in school he was very smart and everyone liked him because of how smallish he was 1/1

and also he was the youngest to do that course.
He was in Nigeria after the death of his parents but he returned somewhere last month.
He doesn't really have a family he's depending on from what I gathered.
I'm not in the financial capacity to help currently but 2/2

I'm hoping something good would come out of this thread.
Didn't tell him I'm going to make a thread to give him false hope should things go south.
There's this scholarship program I want to introduce him to but there must be a contingency plan should things not work out. 3/3

I'm hoping anyone that is touched by this story can help in any way or form to him get back to school or find a decent job till he can save to afford tuition.
He completed high school about 7years ago. I think he'd be 23 this year cos he was the youngest at 4/4
