There’s a slight possibility that I may have heard of @DollyParton during my childhood, but my earliest memories of Dolly take place in the summer of 2008. I was watching TV at my grandparents house when Dolly came on with @MileyCyrus and @billyraycyrus.

When I was in 7th grade, my former autism mentor Angie had “These Old Bones” on her phone, and she let me listen to it; she told me she loved that song, I wish I could remember what it sounded like. @DollyParton

While I was in middle school, I also saw @DollyParton on @TheSimpsons episode where Homer and his buddies got thrown in super bowl jail, I still remember her saying “me? I’m Dolly Parton” and using makeup stuff to nail the guys out.

There may have also been a chance that I seen one of @DollyParton’s albums somewhere when I was growing up, I’m thinking Backwoods Barbie at @CrackerBarrel. In 2015 and 2016, I had a coworker named Dolly who worked at Shoney’s with me, and she was also familiar with Dolly Parton

One day at work, “9 To 5” was playing, and I asked her about it, and she told me it was “9 To 5” by @DollyParton - I then recognized the song from where I once heard it on an episode of @TheSimpsons.
