There 100% is something suspicious as fuck happening at the Lost Hills LASD station in Malibu, something that’s been going on for years. I am too terrified to go to sleep, so I’m going to lay out what I’ve found in a thread. 1/
Let’s start with Mitrice Richardson. Today would have been her 30th birthday. She disappeared almost immediately after being released from sheriff’s custody. Despite telling her mom that they wouldn’t release her til her mom got there to pick her up, they released her 2/
in the early morning hours. They had impounded her car! So she had no way to get around and no familiarity with the area. Then, when her mom came to get her and she wasn’t there, they dragged their feet on filing a missing persons report and conducting any searches. 3/
Next is the Malibu/Lost Hills shooter, who killed Tristan Beaudette and shot at many other people. Along the way, the sheriff’s department and park rangers in Malibu made NO EFFORT to tell the public there were shootings occurring regularly in the area. 5/
They eventually arrested a “lone wolf” type guy who was living alone at a campground in the hills, but he claims the sheriff’s department had been persecuting him. (Not hard to believe if you read @cerisecastle’s series for @KnockDotLA). That story is here https://www.newyorker.com/magazine/2021/03/15/a-shooter-in-the-hills
But if you read another version of the shooter story, lots of residents of the area say they are still hearing gunshots! Plus other details about bodies and mysterious occurrences. https://www.gq.com/story/unsolved-mystery-of-malibu-creek-murder/amp 7/
Honestly I think this is all too much to be coincidence. The sheriff’s department is woefully negligent at best, and likely much more dangerous. Remember that the Golden State Killer was a former cop! 8/
We know that corruption in the LASD runs deep. They could have prevented the deaths of Mitrice Richardson and Tristan Beaudette. We HAVE to defund the sheriff’s department. We will all be safer. /end
