The CDC studies on the efficacy of cloth masks is misleading. Stopping 50% of the spittle that leaves your mouth sounds like it reduces the likelihood of spread by 50%.

This does not appear to be supported by data from different states, regions and countries that either did or did not impose a mask mandate as well as comparing numbers of high and low compliance in different states, regions, countries.

You would think there would generally be about 50% reductions in similar regions, climate, etc between high and low compliance areas. This is not the case and the viral spread appears to be random. See Tom Woods many charts he has sent out.

What might be the cause of this? Obviously the 50% efficacy of cloth masks is inaccurate as it relates to stopping the spread. We only know that it stops 50% of the spittle. THATS what the studies prove.

So we know that an infected person wearing a mask has 50% of their spittle stopped. But 50% is still passing through a cloth mask.

Of that 50% passing through, 100% of it is capable of spreading CV19. That is a fact that we can deduce logically.

If I sneeze in your face at point blank range, but half of it is stopped from reaching you, the other half of that sneeze has the same general effect of being able to infect you as if the entire sneeze hit you. It’s not like you’re now 50% less likely to be sneezed on.

Yes, that’s a dramatic example. But CV19 can spread very quickly. Especially in close quarters. Those very studies show that smaller particles can remain in the air for 5-10 mins and even smaller ones for up to 8 hours.

The flu season occurs largely in the winter because people are inside more. So locking everyone down made things worse. Shutting down all but “essential services” just meant that there were more people in fewer areas in closer proximity.

By telling people masks work and cramming them into close quarters and limiting the places they could go, they effectively guaranteed this would last longer. People were given a false sense of security, so they went out thinking they were safe.

That’s why I think Fauci is responsible for many deaths. He may still believe that masks work. But no evidence actually supports it.

EVERY SINGIE study simply shows that cloth masks stop 50% of spittle. They do NOT show that they reduce spread. Those are facts.

Final notes: CV19 is not a deadly disease. It has a 99.7% survival rate. This thread is simply to point out that masks don’t work and we are not protecting the actual vulnerable population by letting them think masks protect them.
