star fox deserves more love but it just has had bad luck after the N64 for different reasons but it could be one of Nintendo's top franchises despite selling badly so far 1/7
Star Fox Adventures isn't a star fox game, divides people, comes out to a small gamecube audience, is said that it's boring in reviews despite being an alright zelda clone 2/7
Nintendo gives fans what they want with Star Fox Assault, while not as great as 64 it's a decent entry but it came out late in the Gamecube's life and people had moved on 3/7
Star Fox Command comes out on the Nintendo DS just when it was beginning to pick up steam with the release of the DS lite but it was still lumped into that early stage of the DS when it wasn't doing well 4/7
Star Fox 64 DS is a great 3D remake for of the N64 original but it comes out as a launch title to the overpriced Nintendo 3DS, by the time the nintendo 3DS recovers and gets a price cut, SF64 3D is no longer relevant 5/7
Star Fox Zero comes out with weird controls at the end of the lifespan of the Wii U that no one ever owned, the controls didn't help but also no one was playing the Wii U by the time it came out 6/7
Star Fox in Star Link looks amazing, too bad no one bought Star Link in any system, hell Star Fox helped the Switch version be the best selling version of the game, but the game bombed in every console, not Star Fox's fault, they actually helped 7/7
and this thread is the reason that Star Fox has had bad luck in pretty much every gen after the N64, a combination of too early or too late in the life cycle of a failed system 8/7
