so after a burning kissing session (both literally and figuratively) jk let’s go of jm’s lips, but their faces are still so so close

in all of his (love) angel’s life, jm has been surrounded by love but has never quite experienced it, always yearning to be a guardian angel-

and even tho he knows it’s love-arrow induced, meeting the burning gaze in jk’s eyes feels too much somehow

demons are not made to feel love, only lust and greed... there’s awe and apprehension bubbling in jm’s chest

jk : *mumbles close to jm lips* there’s an archangel coming

the way jk looks at jm, even tho there’s apparent hatred for the situation, his eyes are so deep on him

jm : can you... take the parent’s curse with you ?

he can’t tell him what happened. no one actually. bc even tho it was an accident, what jm did is profane and forbidden... love between an angel and a demon, there’s just no way

you passed » despite the messy situation clinging at his heart, jm cant help his relieved sigh at passing the guardian angel exam

« all your stuff will be transferred to the angelic academic’s dorms and your training will officially start tomorrow »

to become guardians, angels have to attend classes to learn how to fight demons and curses, to protect their humans and to become stronger

for demons, they attend a demonic academy— jk being the top student

that night, when jm comes to the dorm, he finds that he’s sharing his room w hobi, a cheerful angel

hobi : waaah, you rly made it then? i thought you’d cry seeing a curse for real
jm : you’re too honest, even for an angel *pouts*

the next day, jm discovers the school and is awestruck at everything he sees, as he always dreamed of coming here

but as demons keep being mentioned by the teachers, jm cant help thinking abt jk... he still hasn’t found a cure for the arrow and doesn’t even know how to-

contact him anyway... angels and demons can’t interact outside of when they’re fighting/guarding humans after all...

which is why jm is surprised to see jk sitting on his bed when he comes back one night

the tournament is one of the only time where angels-

and demons can meet outside of the human world. during their school training, 1 angel & 1 demon will be paired up to a human they’ll have to guide and bring to their side.

the pair will be decided along a tournament, where archangels and archdaemon will decide based on powers

and competences.
