0 means that it has received 10 or less searches in the past month within the UK. So I decided to check if maybe this query spurred from the US and other mad countries by using Google trends- which analyses the trends in search data over selected periods of time...
There is so little search volume for this query, that Google trends can not even show any data regarding it. Trends works for queries that have as little as a few hundred searches a month, so to suggest this was searched 163 million times is wild...
