he tweaks this concept at like weekly intervals which are also the course of him learning the proper method for good macarons. at first he gets sidetracked trying to make a macaron that both looks & tastes like a cheeseburger but eventually he realizes you can just get sliders...

the real fun will be in making a cheeseburger macaron which is definitely a cheeseburger in flavor but also works as a dessert macaron. exploring teriyaki burger type flavor adjacencies? downplaying overt beef but maintaining burgerness... a Challenge.
