The Mnet scores aren’t rigged and here is why: I noticed a pattern between the peer evaluation scores in round 1 and 2 and decided to work my way backwards with what info we have. So far, the most logical answer is that both experts and the groups picked their top three.
Their voting system is very similar to ours but on a smaller scale. They picked their top three performances too and the math adds up in two different ways. They basically that the total and find the percentage/weight and assign it to the points for each category.
Again this is just a theory and makes the most sense t me. I only figured it out because of the pattern between the peer-evaluation scores. I don’t think it’s “rigged”. I just think each group/expert picks their “top three” like us. That’s why there is a similarity in numbers.
Update: just going to post the context of this thread! There was a post going around (when I posted this) which was causing panic and saying the similarities in number are rigged (op deleted their post). I was just trying to explain the numbers and why/how they make sense :)
Ok this BLEW UP, more math stuff? Lol DONT FORGET TO STREAM!! LETS GOOOOOO
Another update: rigged =/= favoured and biased y’all... just putting that out there... this thread was STRICTLY to explain numbers
I feel like some of y’all may be misinterpreting the post... the context was, someone was talking about the numbers being rigged because there were similarities both rounds. I just did a math break down. I am NOT saying that there isn’t a bias that might be in the voting 😅
