What would happen if "vibes" was a concept that everyone accepted as true? Not simply just a placeholder name for emotions, not just some vague hippie yoga concept, but a tangible measurable energy or substance that could be detected and manipulated with precise consistency?

Immediately, a great number of aesthetic decisions made by graphic designers, architects, fashion designers, and media moguls would be categorized as crimes against humanity. There would be an immediate paradigm shift in global culture. Everything would change in an instant.

If such a concept were true, it would be implied that such a psychic field or energy could be altered based on belief. If you BELIEVE that you can manipulate vibrations, you immediately gain much greater control over them. This is the mechanism which governs the placebo effect.

Knowing this, it would benefit someone to convince others that such a concept is fictional. By convincing someone that something doesn't exist, you lessen any outside force that can oppose you. The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was you letting him pick your wardrobe

I believe in the presence of such a substance or energy. Many cultures have given it many names, such as chi, kundalini, prana, ether, vacuum, orgone, vril, Universal Life Force. I believe that it presents itself naturally and is detected intuitively by people.

Whether this is the very same across different cultures and times, or whether all the different names mentioned previously describe different energies, forces, substances, etc with their own distinct properties is unknown. However it is felt and it can be altered by thought alone

Different slices of life play around with the concept. Anyone who truly acts creatively has an innate understanding of aesthetic, feeling, and spirituality. If you love art, fashion, graphic design, music, cooking, decorating, etc, you understand vibes and how to alter them

Furthermore, it is my personal belief that the aesthetic decisions we make are remnants of a society which once understood this energy to mathematic precision. The instincts and traditions we carry are a blurry trace of what was once a carefully recorded guide for psychic energy.

The aesthetic decisions you make signal your internal being to the outside world. People use these aesthetics to identify one another in public and determine their relationship to each other. The memes we make about politics are a clear example on opposing factions of aesthetic

And if there is a war of aesthetics, that is simply a sign that there is War of Vibes. The ideologies and alignments that oppose each other today in politics, rhetoric, and culture are an ongoing dispute between factions that have existed long before recorded history.

Imagine two groups which innately understand mechanics and sciences far beyond the grasp of what we currently could know. Picture them thousands of years ago in some murky unfathomed hypercivilization, engaged in psychic cold war, locked in a stalemate, unable to outdo each other

Picture these factions programming the precise nature of their beliefs and the calibration of their vibes in the sequence of their DNA. Perhaps this programming could occur in a deeper unseen element of biology which gets passed down through children, something we'd call a soul.

Whatever the case may be, every citizen of these beyond ancient hypersocieties had been programmed to thoroughly and vehemently despise their opposing faction as war waged on for an unknowable amount of time. At some point, both societies collapsed but the programming remained.

A calamity that could collapse such an age of humanity would no doubt scatter the remaining population beyond recognition. Over many thousands of years, their descendants would lose their once concrete grasp on vibrations and would muddy their comprehension into dull feeling.

With breeding and generations passing by, the descendants of two opposing factions no longer have reflexive spasming revulsion to each other. Instead, it would be watered down into a distaste, a discomfort to be around someone, impatience or irritation by their mere presence.

As technology and society progresses further into complexity, a reawakening of purposeful aesthetic decisions towards ideological factionalizing begins. The members of these individual rough factions may not even fully realize they participate in a war that is older than history.

I feel that humanity is on the precipice of a new age, a time when we recognize this mysterious concept that we have reflexively called "vibration" or "vibes." I believe that memes and identity politics are only the beginning of a global conscious understanding of vibes.

Fashion could become a much more focused and deliberate field, measuring and designing clothing to manipulate your internal energy towards an intended purpose. Traditional outfits from various countries will be rediscovered and praised for their built in vibrational benefits.

Various scientific fields of study, schools of art, and esoteric collections of knowledge such as sacred geometry or meditation would be pooled into same schools of thought once deemed frivolous. In the School of Vibes, Newton will be a 19 year old girl who DMs for 9 hours a day.

The discordance of society and the human condition is the result of you being on the receiving end of a nonstop attack. Your vibes are being fucked with every day by the way you live. There will come a time when the solutions to our problems become all too obvious in hindsight.

Chances are the person reading this thread at the time it was written may be a part of this great conscious awakening as it's happening. You know me and the people we're mutually following more likely than not because you are on a path of significant change from who you once were
