What I learned in a few sentences

Honest intrapersonal communication gives rise to self-awareness and cognizance of implicit and process bias.

Committing to an inclusively diverse workplace is more than just talk, it takes courage to confront one's own biases and the organization's process bias;

To be curious enough to ask and actively listen to humans of the organisation about their culture and how best they will feel accepted, respected and treasured for optimal collaboration.

All the while calling out microaggressions and replacing it with micro-affirmations with honest prompt and helpful feedback.

Prof Brenda J Allen was great on the course.
