I’m writing the book that I’ve always wished existed, but doesn’t currently. It really is such an honour to be able to do this and I really hope it helps new and existing pastoral leaders. It’ll cover all the juicy bits: behaviour, managing tutor teams, parents etc... 2/n

And the less juicy bits like managing your bonkers workload, and dealing with all the emotional toil we live and breathe through. It’ll be evidence informed and practical.

Now I just have to write it.
