#DopeOldPeople in their 40s+, QRT some life advice would you give to someone in their early 30s!

Just want to say thank you to everyone who responded with such wisdom that anyone at any age can really use! I am going to write some in my journal to keep as reminders all the time. It's easy to get caught up in the moment. Have to remember to be more gentle with ourselves

One I haven't heard yet: FLOSS. Take care of your teeth in general!
Totally agree with wise investing & maxing out the Roth! Also it's still early to buy cryptocurrency. It's riskier to not have any at this point. Can start w/ $1. But do your research and understand it before!!
