Fresh off a judge rejecting her baseless peace order complaint, Rebekah Jones commits libel and claims "Pushaw admitted to the court that she has used multiple accounts to harass me"

Pushaw did not admit this, because it was not true.

"She admitted to stalking and harassing via her behavior, and engaging with other stalkers."

Translation: Pushaw admitted to sending an email under her own identity, and admitted to replying to people on Twitter.

Jones continues lying.

If Pushaw had admitted to harassment, then that would indeed be meaningful in follow-up litigation.

There's just one problem: She didn't.

Rebekah Jones calls Christina Pushaw mentally unwell.

She also claims that Pushaw was crying in the court room. The hearing was recorded. She did not cry.

Rebekah Jones hid the only reply to her that showed what the judge actually said.

Rebekah Jones falsely says that the judge did not allow any of Pushaw's tweets into evidence.

Fact check: The judge allowed every tweet into evidence, then asked Jones to produce any tweets that were threatening or harassing. She couldn't.

Jones says that she'll be publishing the "evidence" that she has against Pushaw today.

Fact check: There is no evidence, but Jones will continue to post tweets that criticized her and label them as harassment.

That was the date that her manager had to reprimand her for repeatedly reaching out to the media to give unauthorized interviews.

The judge accepted tweets as evidence, then asked for specific harassing tweets. Rebekah Jones did not produce any.

The judge directly asked fired geographer and accused felon Rebekah Jones if she had any tweets showing harassment by Christina Pushaw, and Jones did not produce a single one.

Without evidence, Rebekah Jones falsely claims that Christina Pushaw is InsubordinateS8.

She refers to this ( https://rebekahjonesmanifesto.wordpress.com/ ) as a “manifesto” website, which is true in one sense: It’s where Insub re-uploaded the “manifesto” that Jones wrote about Jones’ stalking victim.

Rebekah Jones asserts that society allows people to use the 1st Amendment as a shield to harass and stalk people.

As we know, this is false: Jones herself is the subject of a permanent restraining order.

Stalking and harassment are illegal. Due process requires evidence.
