I& #39;m glad you& #39;re getting help through this! there is nothing wrong with needing support through these things.
antidepressants provide you the hormones that your body isn& #39;t producing right now. there is NOTHING wrong with it.

I get it, socialising is tiring and hard! take your time, it doesn& #39;t make you a bad person or friend. it makes you human.

it& #39;s okay to put yourself first and put your needs before others. you matter too, and you can& #39;t help anyone if you& #39;re not here. do not feel bad for taking a break from being the "therapist friend". sometimes you need help and support, sometimes you need ur own attention

no. it& #39;s okay to not forgive your family for being abusive or hateful towards you. it& #39;s okay to cut off toxic family members.

trauma takes years to even begin to process. sometimes it& #39;s delayed and we don& #39;t realise that trauma. it& #39;s okay to still be affected years later.

life is dynamic and malleable. our thoughts, feelings, and views change with every experience we have. it& #39;s impossible to not be affected by it. embrace life and do what makes you happy
