He will now be Deputy Police Chief.

For sake of clarity, Police Chief Rudolph Beu will be demoted to Deputy Police Chief after he offered a promotion to an officer if he could sleep with his wife and daughter.

Just to be clear, there’s no such thing as “sleeping with” a pre-teen.

The term for this is “rape.”
