3 lessons I learnt from Body Shaming.

I have the worst genetics and bone structure for bodybuilding.

When I was 12 year old, I was a prediabetic and weighed 75 KG.
Right now I possess six pack abs with 17.5 Inch biceps.

Here is my experience -
Optimistic Lesson -

#1 You don't need to look like the fittest guy in the room.

Don't compare yourself.

Work in silence. The aim is not to look 'good'. The aim is to looke 'less bad'.

As soon as you will improve, you will gain respect.
Pessimist lesson -

#2 People don't care about your genetics.

People are sad from the inside.

They will make fun of you for no reason.

Do not resist.
Accept this fact.
True Talk -

#3 If you aim to become average , you will fail.

I have had multiple fat loss clients who said "I just want to look like normal people" - ALL OF THEM FAILED.

Human psyche has not been designed to chase mediocrity.

There is no honour in being average.
I don't have any aim to impress any girl by my physique. Here is why I workout -

I want to be the most energetic man of room

I want to protect my sisters and future wife

I uphold lineage of Bhardwaj Rishi, warriors like Dronacharya, Ashwatthama, trained by Lord Parshuram
A bookworm asked Swami Vivekananda "Will you teach me Vedas ?"

Vivekananda "Go play football."

"What !"

"The Vedas you want to learn claim "A human being is infinitely powerful". How will you understand the concept of 'infinite power' by this sick body of yours ! "
People ask me "How do you manage workouts along with intense studies, meditation and religious research ?"

I stay focused in meditation
BECAUSE
I workout

I stay focused , and hyperproductive in spite of sleeping 4 hours per day
BECAUSE
I workout.

These are not contradictions.
All of you deserve excellence.

Even though modern bodybuilding systems drain energy,

Ancient Hindu warrior workout routines paradoxically increase energy.
